    Underground Utilities

    Underground Utilities

The Underground Utility Project was created to ensure that the utility lines on the main thoroughfares through Peralta Hills are buried underground. As well as improving the aesthetic beauty of the neighborhood and increasing property values, the burial of the utility lines also eliminates fire dangers in our neighborhood. Historically, several small fires had resulted from live electrical wires hitting trees. The burial was divided into three separate phases. Phase I incorporated parts of the northern part of Peralta Hills Drive.. Phase II involved the areas from the 100 block of Peralta Hills Drive down to Cerro Vista. Both of those phases have been completed. Phase III will involve the areas on Lakeview/Crescent Drive between Santa Ana Canyon Road and Royal Oak. Phase III is currently in the planning stages with the city of Anaheim and AT&T.

Patrick Mahoney with the Underground Utility Committee and can be reached at 714-920-0445 and pmahoney@wcainc.com for further information.
